There is a cherished custom for Jewish parents to say this traditional prayer at bedtime with their children from Deuteronomy 6vs.4:
“Shema Yisrael-Hear O Israel,
Hashem Elokeinu-The Lord is our G-d,
Hashem Echad-The Lord is One.”
